Privacy Policy
The Myco Clinic is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal and health information.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including contact details, health questionnaire responses, and communication records. We also collect usage data through analytics tools to improve our services.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to provide healthcare services, communicate with you about your care, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls.
Cookies & Tracking
We use a small number of privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand how visitors use this website so we can improve it. Specifically, we use PostHog for product analytics and Vercel Analytics together with Vercel Speed Insights for aggregate traffic and performance measurement. We do not use any advertising or ad-identification cookies, and we never sell your data.
These tools are strictly opt-in. None of them load, and no analytics cookies or identifiers are set, until you give explicit consent through our cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics tools are loaded and nothing is tracked.
Where we use PostHog, it is configured to minimize the data collected: session recording is disabled, on-screen text and form inputs are masked, automatic event capture is turned off, and page views are sent manually rather than tracked automatically. This means we collect high-level usage signals, not the specific content you type or view.
